I almost splited my coffee when Gai called Souichiro 'father'. But at the end I guess it wasn't too bad of an explanation.
I am still a little confused as to what Gai is planning. I am almost 100% certain that he is only pretending to be on Souichiro's side given the new backstory that as provided.
gc20: + Show Spoiler +Gah. But I do think now that Mana *IS* Kurosu's daughter (and she is ~5 years older than Shu). Go incest! I am not 100% sure about this, but there does seem to be a shot of Mana with a purple-hair woman...
On a different note, when Kurosu met Shuuichiro, Kurosu was about ~25 given his graduate student status. He met Haruka about ~5 years later. So I guess Kurosu died when he was about ~30 and he was about ~12 years older than Shu.
At this time, Mana was already ~5 years old
Timeline: + Show Spoiler +2013 - Shuuichiro and Kurosu met 2017 - Kurosu's Genome Resonance Theory, and his first wife, Shijou Saeko 2018 (est.) - Mana was born 2022 - Apo. Virus; Mana was infected 2023 - The virus is confirmed; Shu was born probably this year, as well 2024 (est.) - Inori was born as a clone of Mana (estimated through Inori's age) 2028 - Kurosu met Haruka. Since Haruka just started university and skipped a grade, she was ~17 back then (born in ~2011). Assuming that Shuuichiro was 22 when Shuuichiro and Kurosu met (reasonable age for graduate students), then Shuuichiro and Haruka has a ~20 years age difference (wow!); on the other hand, Haruka is only **7** years older than Mana. 2029 (summer) - Mana picked up Gai from the beach. 2029-12-25 - Lost Christmas - Shu and Gai were ~7 years old. Mana was ~12 2039 - The story begins. Shu is 17, Gai is 17, Haruka is ~28; if Mana was alive she would be ~22 right now.
GC + Show Spoiler +Well it not really incest anymore considering that Inori isnt really mana or we dont really know yet. But Mana was indeed aiming for the incest route before her death. I guess this episode was to tie everything together. What I dont get is why does Gai obey Shuichiro? They both are trying to fuck Mana and start the adam and eve with their genes for natural selection. In the end, one of the other will betray the other. I suppose Shuichiro must of got some sort of leash on Gai to keep him tamed since he needed Shu to recollect the crystal of mana that scattered and then cut off and have gai take his arm.
This series been pretty blah now. It seems like a big mess...but I dont know what there doing wrong though. I guess it would, for me, probably be how the story doesnt flow that well.

This episode it is clear that Gai doesn't just obey Shuuichiro (by giving Kurosu's dairy to Shu).
My understanding about Inori is that she is indeed a clone of Mana.
I think what is going to happen is that Shu wants to save Inori, while Gai wants to save Mana (he is Mana's knight, as mentioned briefly before Lost Christmas) - even though the essence of two persons are in the same body. This will be interesting.

GC + Show Spoiler +I guess that make sense. Since in the opening, you can see Gai reaching out to mana and Shu reaching out to inori. This kinda make sense. I guess this is where the story is going. It also make sense that he is in love with mana. I guess your theory should be correct. Although I am not so sure about Inori being mana clone "yet". It pretty obvious atm that that how it should be but they never specifically stated that she is her clone.

BRS 6 + Show Spoiler +Turns out Saya wasn't really a bad person. She was doing everything just to protect the other world, and the real bad guy is Black Rock Shooter? Also, during that fight, BRS rips her right arm off while fighting Black Gold Saw, but near the end manages to grow it back. I'm so confused. Yuu is some never aging person/ghost/other being?
High schoolers/middle schoolers are platinum evil. Putting eraser shavings into the other's bowl of rice. Not sure the reason behind Yomi deleting the message folder for Mato. She should technically still have Mato on her contact list.
Hehe, she uses an Android phone.

BRS + Show Spoiler +I think she deleted her because she was the cause of her pain. She died in that other world which cause her to erase everything about mato in the real world. Similar to how the basketball captain girl forgot everything about the boy who screwed her over. Atleast that the only thing that would make sense about this series anymore.

BRS + Show Spoiler +Yeah, but if you forget about the person, you delete them off your contact list, not just the message folder. Sad since Mato was just trying to help her. Her pain was brought on by her own selfish self saying, "Mato has another friend? I'm jelly/pissed off/will cut my own hair out and go ape shit."

BRS + Show Spoiler +well the show been pretty boring lately anyways lol. The story been nothing but action which can be kinda dull since the fighting in the alternate world is flashy it can get kinda boring. But atleast now we dont have to look at how badly drawn the real world looks as much anymore lol. I guess the amount of action is justified since the series is going to end soon so it good to wrap it up with action.

Our big screen is a flat screen thats pretty recent and decently large, enough to take up one side of the room.
I already did research how to hook up the hdmi port (i think thats what its called) from my comp to the tv. But I heard its like 50 bucks or so. Seeing as im saving money for kawaii-kon Ill hold out till then.
And I dont have a PS3.

Ah I see, because what my brother did is he just slammed the mp4's on the PS3 via USB. And we could just watch on the TV screen.
EDit* you could also burn it on DVD and throw it in a DVD player I guess

Ive tried the DVD way. Its too much work and too much fail. Plus, blank DVDs are kinda costly, especially if u plan to watch 100 eps of Fairy Tail.

The World God Only Knows 180 + Show Spoiler +Well, the plots moving but it felt kind of stupid when Keima always gets interrupted. I like my conquest in one fell swoop of dramatic closure. It was weird that I felt myself deprived of that but definitely Keima's making progress on Ayumi which is always good. Chihiro getting involved was weird though. but it'd be interesting what she does with what Haqua told her.

+ Show Spoiler +Chihiro is still my favorite after Kanon for best girl. I think she compliments Keima as a character the best.
As far as the plot goes, I have no idea where I stand with this series. Every chapter, I go "Holy shit this is about to get intense!", and then very little happens, but then the end of each chapter makes me think the next one will be awesome again. Way too much build up, but that's not to say it's bad at all.
Best chapter recently was Haqua showing up and kicking ass five ways from Sunday. No contest.

No contest. + Show Spoiler +I never expect anything anymore because every chapter is so boring and the end always makes it seem like something will happen in the next chapter. Haqua's appearance was definitely the best chapter as of late and this Ayumi conquest is being dragged out far too much. Luckily, I like Ayumi's character so I don't mind the extra fan service such as last week's.
