So we don't care so much about the dwarves ok, but they have a purpose of setting up the scene for the big climax of this ark, Oda could leave them to this role and yet we get as a bonus the imaginative setup of dwarves in theire hidden kingdom, sexy Robin, jokes and whatnot. I think Oda did a pretty awesome job with the dwarves I also have a fondamental question : Poll: Robin or Nami ? Robin (41) Nami (27) 68 total votes Your vote: Robin or Nami ? | ||

I didn´t found the manga side, but in this AMV you can see them. I think they look very similiar to the ships we see in the last big picture of this weeks chapter (1:20-1:40) | ||

You can't have fast and awesome chapters all the time. Because they are only fast in comparison to the other, slower chapters.(If you try to be fast and awesome all chapters you end up like other mangas that I shall not name) But that's a bit theoretical, so here is another, equally valid reason. The dwarves are the faction that is the biggest and needs the longest time to get going/marching. While also feeding us all the background information via Soldier-san. The other factions right now are either all straw hats or gladiators in the colosseum. And the gladiators also double as the royal family. There is no way that a crowd like the dwarf army can measure up to be as interesting. I appreciate the dwarf chapters either way. For one they contain all the background information about this arc. And I like the background story of Dressrosa. | ||

Could someone please check if those two ships are shown in the manga, sorry I can´t find them... Maybe they where just drawn in the anime. | ||
