+ Show Spoiler +niceeee he got new books, now if he combines all those with his mana arrows, he'll have endless auto casted spinning magic lightning mana arrows. which will allow him to cast other things while the arrows are flying. and finally investing in wisdom! now he's gonna be a baws.
I bet if he levels up the earth summoning skill, gnome will become a hottie. +1 for the harem.

It's becoming obvious that his mother is the "temporary magician". Well, we all knew something was special about here, guess it makes sense.

I'm glad there's finally some plot development instead of just another chapter of random protagonist power-up. Still, I'm predicting he won't lose the coming confrontation just like a video game character. For such a dangerous world around him, he hasn't actually been touched yet.
