Zeref sealed END because he doesnt want END to be released so yes, i do think the all the demons were denied as much information as Zeref could do, its possible END was never even finished and before Zeref finished the book realized his mistake and sealed it away without it ever being opened, in which case the head demon would only know that END was powerful enough for Zeref to fear it

That doesn't make sense. Zeref WANTS to die (which is why the demons are trying to release END).

did you even read the theories, or are you just blindly assuming that it is because of letters lining up?t
honestly, as far as theories go, this one is goddamn rock solid.

You mean the theories that have been around for years ever since some idiot thought to stick an Evil infront of Natsu's name? Yes I have read them and they are full of holes unless you guys have absolutely no faith in Mashima at all. I know we tend to rip on him but he isn't at that level of being a hack.

Anyone watching the Anime filler? Today's episode was decent, making fun of trading card games XD
|
I haven't watched the anime since the huge break, it started again in January of last year, correct? Does that mean that they finished with the whole colosseum thing with all the dragons and stuff?

Yep, they are in between dragons and that frozen town with atlas flame, filling time with a filler arc
|
I usually skip filler since I'm not interested in non-canon stuff but if it's comedy filler then that's ok I guess

Wanted to start reading Fairy Tail cause I'm pretty bored during commuting... Any recommendation for a site with good quality for scans / translation that has them all from the beginning?
|
so 411... Gray goes above and beyond the OPness scale. Given time he could probably wreck tartaros solo at this point. Natsu as side-kick :D

This is my first time reading the E.N.D. Theories and it was quite entertaining to explore and read.
END is a creation of Zeref to "end" him or that is capable of it.
I wouldn't think the "e" stands for "evil". Perhaps Evolved maybe? Which is why the "not yet" was a comment Zeref made. I know it's not 100% but it would at least not be outside the realm of possibility. As it stands, Natsu will have to actively make a choice if the statements were correct meaning the evil part doesn't necessarily apply.
As for Zeref "sealing" END, maybe it is simply describing the act of Zeref sealing a "max level" END creature so that it can start from level 0 and grow to make a choice (hence a mature, thinking and "human" creature). Instead of a brainless destructive all powerful creature who doesn't know any better.
A guess I know, but plausible after the theories did open up those lines of thinking. =)

well, Gray just got a demon merge powerup, so Natsu should get one too, right? Maybe E = empowered?
|
It's really about time Gray has gotten an imba powerup. Because Natsu has gotten plenty of those (by eating everything lol). I hope he won't have to give it away.

From what I understand, ice slayer magic isn't actually stronger than regular ice make. It's just that it's specifically better against demons and their magic.

END: Evil Natsu Dragneel.
: OOOOOOOOO

Gray is as powerful as the story demands him to be. Same for every other character. One second Natsu could lose to Elfman, the next he's walking all over Gildartz.

The only one ever to walk over Gildartz is Acnologia.

Because unless you think Gildartz is stronger than Markov then... Natsu > Hades > Markov > Gildartz Strength is completely inconsistent in Fairy Tail. Someone who is dead will instantly revive the next second and level up 1000 levels.
|
Gildartz is stronger than Markov most likely.
They also only won against Hades because the cats cut off his power supply. He would have rolled Natsu/Lucy/Gray/Erza/Lacus otherwise, even with Lacus powering up Natsu.
