With that being said, their teamfight execution -- especially when WAY behind at times in games over the weekend -- is still top notch. At this point it seems like their biggest struggle is with drafts and being able to min/max them to the level they want to. If this is actually their biggest problem... I have no doubt they're a top 2 team in the world and will (or should) be the favorites to win TI4. The future looks good.  | ||

Carry Silencer might be a pipe dream too. Sure.. if you feed him kills early, he can do devastating damage and his ulti is pretty good, but most of the time he's just way too fragile and can't stand up to a 3 man surprise gank unlike say.. morphling, AM, he has no escape mechanism and isn't tanky and his damage is limited based on getting those kills or assists, not really ideal carry material if you ask me. Think silencer's strength is really in a tri-lane contesting support just like Undying. Don't mind DK trying out stuff, but I think they shouldn't have drafted so poorly on the last game of the Summit finals. Flying all the way to the States and losing in such a manner would be really demoralizing if I was them. | ||

The biggest weakness of the Silencer draft was Burning constantly getting caught off and not getting off the silence. Many fights were lost with the ult not even being used. I give credit to eg on this front after losing to the draft earlier in the tournament. They made the changes they needed to win. Mushi being a SEA solo mid means he is really good with it automatically. I would assume the reason they didn't play it was because they haven't worked it into the draft and Tinker became part of The Summit's "LAN meta". If Tinker continues to stay popular I would be surprised if we don't see DK run it at TI4. | ||

You don't survive if you get caught off guard, 2 disable / stun + autoattacks will almost always kill silencer. Actually, I think DK has shifted their playstyle to a point where the supports don't baby sit Burning enough. They roam a lot and these days they don't accomplish as much because all the other pro teams are prepared for it. | ||

Sure you can replicate away if you're morphling and it is a safer hero, but I think Burning should be able to do the same thing on any carry. He gets farm with any hero no matter how the game is going. That is the legacy I expect at least. | ||
