You are right - there might not be any danger for esports - but all the extreme sports they support is a difficult topic. Almost worst of all is there sponsorship in football all over the world - buying traditional teams, renaming them and then push them with tons of money, ignoring certain rules of competition. soo you're a salty red bull salzburg fan?xd because that's the only football club I can think of they actually acquired and rebranded like you said.
and as far as people dying doing dangerous shit,well,no one is actually forcing them to do any of that.I mean there are people out there that gladly put their life on the line for money and fame so it's not like red bull is the only one profiting off of it.
red bull isn't even probably in charge of anything as far as security goes,they just finance shit.Most of the stuff people do isn't even the company's idea,it's other people pitching the idea and see if they can get sponsorship for it lol.

Here in Germany they tell people they want to to support the city of Leipzig but as soon as they meet obstacles they bitch around and threaten to draw off their money.

And yeah they didn't force people to do dangerous things but... well, I don't know... I personally don't think their way of sponsoring them is ethical. Sponsoring single ventures somehow encourages those people to take some hazards.
