people playing on the ptr have been finding rings in a3 with stats that are rolled for lvl63 items. for example, 78 all resist on a ring that used to be impossible. i don't have the thread in front of me.
in my ptr playing time i've found rings with close to 200 of a main stat and that only rolls on lvl63 "ring and armor"

that's because they drop from lv63 mobs. It's in the patch notes, one of the most important changes.

I've been trying to sell this for a week+ with not luck on the AH, d2jsp, and the bnet forums. Can someone at least tell me if I am off the mark with my price? It's at 40m bid / 70m buyout on the AH right now with no bites and the offline BIN I am asking is 60m. I would love a PC on this or at least what you think of my price.
* I have been dropping it since I first listed it.

The damage roll is below average when a lot of people want at minimum an above average roll (funny, yes?). I guess the teleport roll is a little low and the shock pulse roll maybe isn't that much of a wower. I can see why people are skipping over it if they are looking at a lot of oculus, thought I don't know much about the price.
You might want to unload it because in the next patch people will be able to sort by damage and all the lower damage sources and mojos might start to actually tank in value, rather than just sitting unsold at randomly made up prices.

Haha yeah, the damage is average at best but man the minimum price for an oculus is like 6.5-7m on rolls around 35-41 damage with sub par crit and elite damage so I figured my number can't be THAT far off. :p
But you're right, if someone is willing to spend that much they are probably willing to spend a little more to get a higher damage one. Thanks!

That Oculus is worth at most 15 mil, there you have your reason. Also, Teleport CD does NOT work on wormhole, it's fucking horrible!

I think it's worth about 30-40 mill based on what I've seen on the AH (though someone put up a similar item for 100m bid 200m bo), is that accurate?
This is my 1st drop that will sell for over 1mill so I'm kind of excited lol

Yeah, I'd say about 30-40m also, anyone looking to spend 100-200m on shoulders will spend the figuratively little bit extra and get some gg bis vile ward.

Cant really figure out what this will sell for. Stuff around it in price is either non existent for strength and for int as a main search is 300 mil+ however it wont sell in that range. What do you guys think its worth?( as in I could sell it for)

I'd price everything to sell; jewelry and sets especially. Keep reducing your search criteria to say 75% of the critical dps stats until you find at least a page of results, then price it at the top of that. Don't want to be caught with the hot-potato of set items if they all drop like candy in 1.05.
