Constructive feedback was received, here's for anyone having trouble pricing similar item :
It can roll 100-300 strength. Yours rolled 146, one of the lowest available on the market.
It can roll 30-100. Yours rolled 113, meaning that the random magic property was wasted on increasing the vitality of your item by a little bit.
It can roll 71-80 allres. Yours rolled 79. Good luck finding someone who will value a little bit more allres compared to all the other chests who have vastly higher strength.
It can roll 241-397 armor. Yours rolled 388. Again, good luck because people don't use armor as the main criteria to search for items. Also, the strength on your item is so pathetic that armor bonus from that mainstat is minimal.
Your random magic property was wasted on a crappy amount of vitality.
This is worth around 100 mil.

That probably because you're being way too specific on what you're searching. Dex, Crit Damage and Life are the only relevant stats here, the Cold Resist and MF are just bonus fluff.
Replace the Life % with about 60 Vit, and you have a decent but not amazing ring.

MF is definitely not bonus fluff - however, in this particular instance, it's problematic because of the low dex - the high end farmers are the only ones willing to pay a premium for MF and they will search for a high dex.
But WolfintheSheep's advice is good, but also search for the MF and see what turns up.

For magic find to be an important stat to search for it either needs to be capped (18% on a ring) to be used for a MF swap or paired with stats that are very good and make it worthy of an "always on" ring. The rather low stats on the ring combined with the rather low MF make the MF part of the ring......."fluff" methinks.

it is very hard to justify a ring without crit%. look at a god ring like the oculus ring. without crit they are not that pricey.

May mean valuable for a LoH & Cold Resist monk, due to One With Everything passive. If he has already accummulating Cold Resistance this ring mean +40 AR. Combined with high Dex, LoH and IAS it may be somewhat valuable.

skorn dmg is a bit low. search for weapon with socket and 170 crit dmg and sort dps.
nat ring is pretty much top 5% and ask for the sky on that, depending on how quickly you want it sold.

How much would this ring go for?
+damage, crit chance, crit damage, mid-high int roll with a socket.
Searching 3.5 CC, 20CD, 100 int and avg damage alone results in a handful only.
