Putting them up for 25 mil has gotten me nowhere, and I haven't put them back up yet for less. I just don't know how much less. | ||

I just don't know how much less. typically items like this are competing against well known uniques in the item slot. look at zuni boots in this case for a comparison. you'll probably not get anywhere close to the cheapest zuni with comparable stats. | ||

Boots don't have all resists, probably good to put around 4.5 mil range maybe a little bit more. Not sure how you got from 4.5 to 25 mil | ||
