Those have 3 stats (4 if you count phys resist, which is not a priority since people want AR) people might be looking for:

12 MF

Lack of vita, low res and low MF implies a very low price imo... You should ask yourself if you would notice this item if it wasn't legendary.

Searching for 110+ crit damage and 140+ str returns only a few items with as high/higher DPS and they're pretty ridiculously priced it seems. How much can I reasonably get for it gold wise?

Or is pure crit damage even that good on a barb weap? Should I be doing like 300 LoH + Crit damage? Which also returns results all over the place.

Well it is a pretty ridiculous weapon. You have 6 of the best mods (Except maybe for life on kill vs life on hit) strength and poison are pretty close to max. So you are basically 17% damage and 45% crit damage away from a perfect barb weapon. At that point I don't think there are market values, you just have to find a very rich barb player.

If you desperately want to sell it, just put it on the AH for 50 mill/ no buyout.

That kind of item is pretty easy to search for on the AH. Set the LoH to 400, sort by DPS and play with the buyouts.

No server stated, but NA SC shows similar weapons in the 4-5 million range.

Well, the general idea is to undercut the market a bit. If you have insane luck and have 10+ items worth millions waiting to be sold, undercut more than normal.

ROFL. This kind of stuff never ceases to amaze me. NO, this is not anything close to vendor quality. I would buy this for several mil myself. Anything 1H above 900 dps is worth selling, regardless of additional stats. If it also has LoH, it is worth even more.

welp i guess it's important to take in the perspective of the seller. back when I started, I would get excited if my item sold for 100k. now that I have a little more, i would probably vendor anything that isn't 500k+.
