I worked 10-11 hour shifts at a factory, and I gradually trained myself out of the need to take a shit there :p It's doable. | ||

I use moisturized baby wipes. This is the only way. The baby wipes are huge so sometimes I do it standing because if I push hard enough I can wedge it into my ass pretty good. It works like a charm. Problem is your butthole feels a little violated afterwards and wet. But you get used to that. | ||
