on iccup many koreans, maybe who arent in any proteam are better than cloud, so he cant have an amazing stats like Nada, hwasin, or Light can

If you're talking about the professional gamer Cloud, he would have great stats if he played iccup.
Any time you see a professional gamer of his caliber with bad stats, odds are it's a shared account.
Stop under-rating the pros.
