No, Pff's advice for the most part is correct - vs this build it is best to go 3 rines, fact port, wraith, bay isn't really required vs wraith but today I played a Protoss that went for DT drop instead of Reaver so I think it's still a good strat to get it - also a side note is that you can float the barracks early becuase the walking distance is so far and the scouting is just so good (you have the rines + tank anyway in the case that he tries to goon rush or something) Thanks for the comments, I think what's also crucial is getting the siege tank protected by turrets and being able to run away the scvs (ideally through maynarding) - a lot of the times I just funnel them back and forth from gas and minerals in the attempt to nullify the scarab (and lose 39 scv instead =]) | ||

2fact provides: 1tank, 1vult, 3 rines.. u dont die shit vs the 2zeas+goon if u use the units well! i remember usually getting enough units in time for the next threat..  ohwell~~ | ||

as long as you scout it and know that it's coming, reaver shouldn't be much of a problem. | ||

scout harass macro micro. good key elements of the game in my opinion. scouting is vital. youd be amazed how hard it is to beat a protoss that uses observers correctly in pvt | ||
