Sea ( Sea is on fire... :D :D) its hard to describe but look up the MSL format. I'll try to describe it. This is how you pass your group We have players A, B, C, D A vs BC vs Dimagine A and C won A vs CB vs DImagine A and B won B vs Cimagine B won We have A and B advance as both these won 2 games out of a possible 33 C and D lost a total of 2 games out of a possible 3
Long story short, it's a double elimination system.
Lose once, you still have a shot. Lose twice, you are out.
More exemplified.
Hypothetical MSL group.
(Z)sAviOr vs (P)Bisu
(Z)maGma vs (Z)ZerO
Phase 1
Savior < Bisu
maGma < ZerO
Phase 2
Winners: Bisu vs Zero
Bisu > ZerO. Bisu(0 loss) wins, he qualifies. ZerO(1 loss) will have to play the winner of the losers bracket.
Losers: Savior vs maGma (1 loss each)
Savior > maGma. maGma loses for the second time, he is out.
Phase 3
ZerO vs Savior.
ZerO < Savior. ZerO got his second loss at the hands of the Maestro. 2 losses = out. The Maestro qualifies.

there are insanley hard groups
there are veterans and newcomers
I dont see how u can dislike this upcoming MSL
And a group like Jd,Flash,Fb,Hawsin is just awesome in terms of raw power and skill.. If one of these players is your favourite gamer he really has to show what hes made of..

Alot of people are upset because about 1-2 hours back before 1st and 2nd seeding changed the groups around it had alot of good games too. The reason why there are so many angry people in here is because the FBH, Flashru and JD fans are very disappointed on what happened when the previous groups (win or lose) had better games

But in the last minute Bisu shows his true cowardice and moves Flash and Savior making it a lame (only reason you would not consider it lame is cuz of saviors history... take that away and you got a mediocre zerg) Bisu vs Savior and a really lame FBH vs Flash.

What's your beef with Bisu anyway? In virtually all forms of competition, if there is a choice as to who to go against, the GREAT GREAT majority of choices would be to go against easier competition. It's just stupidity otherwise. Even if there is no real choice, ie some randomness, there are still complaints about going against tougher competition no matter how good the complainants are. An example is Chelsea who have always been seeded (until recently) in the 2nd level in the UEFA Champions League. Are Chelsea cowards or do they actually have a brain?
In any case, Bisu would have known well that he will go up against Flash in proleague soon. We'll see if it is more a case of Bisu's cowardice or Bisu's mercifulness towards Flash.

Well sometimes people have balls and choose the tough competition. Remember Midas picking Savior in OSL Ro16 when the maestro was still dominating? Not saying its the wise thing to do, just sometimes people feel like they need to prove something. Obviously Bisu doesnt feel the need to prove smth though (other than that he likes to kill savior).

That's exactly how I feel. Before Jangbi and Bisu made their changes groups where more even and each group was very interesting. Now, we have one group of death and some easy and boring groups. That's why I am disappointed with Bisu.

Group D and group g are a little bit poor. Only Nada and free (and maybe Canata) are good players.

Group A and F will be so sick, I hate how either Flash/JD/FBH has to go out in the group stage though, lame.  I pray bisu fails and savior/magma make it through group A but I fear that's just wishful thinking. Then again Savior has only the MSL to focus on now so he might just pull off a comeback.

Magma vs Zero
Flash is sent off to play against FBH.
ForGG is sent off to play against Stork.
It is most unlikely that Jaedong, Flash, ForGG and Stork (who all have positive records against Bisu) will all make it to the final 16 with the groups they have been given. Bisu changed his tough as hell group in to a mediocre group with only one match up to practice for (his best I might add) and sent his toughest opponents into tough as hell groups. With only three moves too.
Smart. Doesn't mean I have to like it though, Bisu just killed the skill level of the final 16 by half with the choices he made. Good for him. Bad for the average viewer.

In fact, with the groups set as they are, Bisu will only have to face Savior, Magma, Zero,Yarnc, Much and ByHero until the final 4.
In contrast, only one of Kal, Luxury, Leta, Hyuk, FBH, Flash, Jaedong and Hwasin will survive.
