I don't mind if it's the translation that takes time, but does using a program or whatever itself take a lot of time? Like a lot of annoying technical stuff...?

Can't you just use youtube closed captions like hideo did? I'd imagine that those would be pretty straight forward.

I used a program called Aegisub...

It was a bit more convenient than I thought, but still.... timing the subs takes a lot of time and is pretty tedious.
