Savior's long been known to be good with Terran and TvZ (he's not switching to Terran for all match ups, just one as far as the interview says I think). In other interviews, he's said how even he can win TvZ on _____ imba ZvT map etc. And teammates say he's unstoppable whenever he plays in-house games as Terran.

Besides, Savior's insanely consistent and strong ZvT, with some of the most insane understanding of timing. Surely that translates to TvZ game sense too.

So what now? I understand that SaviOr will use terran against Gorush, but what's up with the rest of the games? Will he use zerg? If so, that seems like a bit of racepicking, no?

And further more, what are the rules for this? Can anyone change his race in the MSL (or other leagues) if he announces it a week earlier? If the race is changed, will it be changed for all matches, or just a particular match? How many race changes are allowed? And my final question:

WHAT IF SAVIOR OWNS EVERYONE WITH ALL RACES OMG MEGA RAPE ASDSADFJASKDG???

Prolly nothing just the same old Savior ownage story.

Same race match ups(Especially ZvZ) are just too random for the players. In a way its easier to just learn a counter match up really well, I mean lots of bnet players do it very nicely. Makes sense pros who would want to continue raising their consistancy levels would do this.

Im actually tired of watching zvz's because despite the cries from players on this forum who have no idea about zvz, the match up is such a crapshoot that I just feel sorry for these pros who have to put their success on the line with what is mostly a diceroll.

back in the days of paradoxxx II there were a couple of zergs that decided they would have better chances playing p/t on paradoxxx

are the only other instances of progamers race picking that i can think of

there was another occasion when Chojja played vs someone whose mainrace was zerg, but picked terran and raped through his 8 sunken line with 3 rax m&m, but I can't recall who the fuck it was.
