I never GG on iccup unless I'm playing a friend or something..I always GG on BNET though..Iccup brings out the worst in me.

I don't care if people leave without gg'ing, because I do it all the time.

It's BM, which is fine in a non-professional/non-tournament setting imo. Multiplayer games would be boring if everyone online were all perfectly mannered.

To be completely honest I rage quit a lot. Its just habit.

Though I personally enjoy it when my opponent rage quits as I know I just made some nerd angry.

I definitely GG if it was a really good game though

I gg all the time and alt+q+q as quickly as possible instead of nerdraging in a bad game. I'd still call it a ragequit because right after I'll shout something like "what the fuck?!" right after.

But I don't really mind if people don't gg when they lose, unless it's in a tourney or "serious" match.

exactly. This is why I "gg" out every game, even if I lose to a 4 pool in a 2 minute game. It takes away from his satisfaction of winning.

I think your IP address should be banned for not saying gg. We as starcraft players need to rise up against these scumbags who think that they can just quit the game after they got there asses whopped and not just say "gg". It really brings my piss to a boil sometimes...

When people don't say gg atleast they are taking their loss as a real man should. When they gg they are just being lame and bm, gg stands for "gay game".

I'll always type GG if I feel I played my best or the opponent played great. Otherwise I'll BM, sometimes I'll just type bg and leave.

It feels like an insult to me since most people only don't GG when they're annoyed for whatever reason. Since I don't know about the GG habits of the people I fight, it bothers me a little when they don't gg cuz I just assume they're pissed off.

Personally, I'm of the opinion that it's polite to say "gg" if it actually *was* a good game... but not all games are good. If the game ended in 8 minutes to cheese or a poorly defended rush or whatever, I have no problem with opponents who don't say "gg", and feel little obligation to do so myself. But if it actually *was* a good game, it does seem polite to acknowledge that fact.
