Also, a while I ago I had a blog with lots of korea pictures I've taken, and since I good such positive responses that time I decided to add more pictures - their number ended up being about 200, so it would be too much effort to embed them into my blog. In average they are not as good as my first large bunch of pics, but imho still worth checking out.

Wow, very nice pictures. I see that for some of the pictures you give a slight tilt. When I was doing photography I did that quite often too, seemed to make the picture more interesting then just a flat photo.

I think my favorite would have to be the park bench + park one. But something about how the bench and background have such strong colors whereas the rest is black/white (mostly) seems kinda odd.

EDIT: I also really like the 6th from last one (the one in the field with the stalks), soooo nice.

No. You either do it straight or give it a full 45' tilt so that the horizon would be diagonally. If you give it a "slight tilt" you just make the horizon look weird and make the photograph horrible. Just a tip, you can look it up on photography sites if you want.

Anyway, some pretty good pictures you have. I like the second to last too and the one with birds.

...but as always, the better you know the rules the better you can visualize outside the 'box' of general rigidity of what is standard and be creative without constraint I agree though that some of the photos in the op have been potentially compromised because of the tilted angle.


There are a few of these pictures which are remarkably expressive, while a few other seem not quite of the same caliber. Great work nevertheless, and thank you for sharing!

These are great...your BW pictures have that old grainy look which looks awesome.

Also, the one with the VW bus just has great composition, and I love the fact that the bus is orange.

Sure I do as long as I dont mindlessly take lots of photos from almost the exact same perspective.
On that day though I didn't have much space left cause I forgot to delete my old pictures and I wasn't sure whether I had already transfered them all to my pc, so I had to keep deleting the ones I atm thought were a little worse. Also I was in somewhat in a hurry simply because it was cold as fuck so I didn't want to take too much time on each object.
