My dad used to drink like three of those a day, he tried to get me hooked on it and it just tasted like cough medicine to me. But I can understand it being one of those acquired tastes. | ||

I have the same effect with coffee as well, and that is largely because caffeine has both stimulant and depressant qualities - more people react to the stimulant, while others are immune and only experience the depressant. However, I was always under the impression that those 5 Hour Energy Shits (yes) have a lot of other crap that is supposed to keep you going, but it has no effect on me except it feels like I was shot with elephant tranquilizer. | ||
