I made sure no one in the house was torrenting or downloading anything yet the games would lag, even when I turned down the stream. But after a day or two everything went back to normal, so I think it was an ISP issue. | ||

You could try to download an utility to monitor your computer's and router internet traffic. Could be something really silly like someone hacked your wifi and is downloading porn all day. | ||

I also used speedtest.net and pingtest.net to see if there was a problem. I had the same upload and download speeds as I've always had, and my ping was good. However, I did tell my father about it (I haven't moved out yet) and he said he's recently started noticing serious problems as well, despite everything checking out in my tests. | ||
