EPTNow as I said I only just joined but due to the cooling off period of three days I couldn't create a blog straight away so in the meantime got impatient and made a Tumblr blog which my first post and Introduction will be copied from. I am looking to cross post my content here elsewhere but 16 year old girls with Instagram as aren't really my target audience so if anyone can suggest somewhere better I'm all ears. Now on with my short intro
Why hello there to all of my zero followers. As you can probably guess this blog will be mainly about Starcraft, more specifically MY experiences in Starcraft. A bit about me I’m 26, yes I know far too old for Tumblr, I’m Scottish with an unintelligible accent and I’m so boring I can’t actually think of anything worth putting here. If anyone has any questions ask away I will reply to all of them.
I have only recently started playing seriously about 2 months ago and I am absolutely horrendous at the game. I am a European BRONZE player, I want to improve but have no way of doing this consistently hence the reason for my Tumblr/blog. I have no practice partners or any friends that play the game and have no real way to communicate with people around my skill level. If anyone stumbles across this please follow it I’m not begging (well I am) for views but I genuinely want to improve. I’ve tried watching the excellent “Day9 Dailies” and other videos on YouTube but most of those are from higher level players with good APM and knowledge to match, something I sorely lack. Ideally I would love to meet some Bronze - Gold level players in the same boat as me so we can push each other further up the ladder.
Of course I won’t just be chronicling my time in Starcraft I have a real life as well so anything worth discussing will be posted here. For example I’ve been trying to turn my life around in other ways, getting over my social anxiety, going back to the gym etc if this stuff interests all of my current zero followers I will post this stuff with my progress too. I know the people on this are currently strangers but venting anonymously (for now) can be very cathartic and would love to use this a platform to release some pent up feelings, anger or even good feelings. I may also random post songs I’m currently enjoying because who doesn’t love music eh?
P.S. I’m pretty foul-mouthed I’m just trying to be extra polite for my first post
