If your landlord doesn't care then it means either he is too jaded or lazy or there is some backroom money on the stake for him. There is nothing you can do really. If the idiots drag you down to their level, they will always beat you with experience. | ||

Say you want to start a file that you can keep updating or something in person. Explain EVERYTHING they do wrong all the time. Someone at the station will eventually look into it especially if you keep calling back with more to add. | ||

Though this sounds much more complicated than inviting her over, sitting in a comfortable chair with a glass of scotch and saying "you stay out of our yard, or your section 8 violation may come up on the police's radar." A law breaker will likely be more interested in self-preservation than petty revenge once they're discovered. This whole situation gets me oddly interested. Do let us know what happens :D | ||

maybe if you talk to him and he has a bit more brain cells left to actually change things? If not, i'd threaten her somehow. Or maybe you could say to your landlord, that you will move out unless he/she doesn't do something about this? Let the landlord know that you will let the next ones know about the situation there is going on right know. I bet it would affect the next ones who are considering to move in. | ||

Secondly, if you absolutely can't move, pursue every avenue to get the husband's name and get them evicted. Then, move whenever you can. | ||

Eh..it's perfect in that we're like two miles away from my elderly mom, it's relatively cheap for what we're getting, room wise it has everything we need for our kids and not a bad drive to school for this fall. He's pretty elusive, I see him occasionally but not much. I'm sure this isn't the first time he's lived with them illegally, so he's used to stay hidden out for the most part. To be honest, he's 28 but I honest to god thought he was 15 when I moved in. He helped me carry something and I was talking to him like a teen. Asked him if he played football, video games, etc. haha. I know where he works, would it be possible to ask for him and hope they slip the first name? I 'THINK' I know his last name. Maybe I'll try that tomorrow. | ||
