As it's your first post I'd reccomend you learn to use the search function quickly, like this: Search = 'Buddy' Search = 'Practice Partner' And also peek through these TL.net 10 Commandments Usually here if you post asking for some-one else to do something for you, when you could easily do it yourself your thread is likely to be closed through lack of effort. But that's ok, don't be too afraid to post ![]() GL HF

I am thinking: Gender ... can't think of anything else really. But I'm sure the more information you provide about yourself the more people will respond! Anyway, welcome to teamliquid.net. You could also try this thread: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=139384

If you want my advice, what you should do is pick a build order that you can play in multiple match ups and stick to it. I suggest you learn the build order with day9's method, my friend, who recently started playing starcraft did this, and went from bronze to platinum in under two weeks, and trust me, he deserved to be in bronze at the start. I fully understand if you can't be bother to watch the first video, (although you should), but definitely watch the second one, as it stresses just how effective this system is. If you play a build with some early aggression built in you will out right kill many bronze/silver level players, as you will be so far ahead. http://day9tv.blip.tv/file/5016867/ http://day9tv.blip.tv/file/5044479/ As for builds, for protoss i would suggest a 3 gate robo expand, as it is viable in all three match ups. Although it is quite defensive, it gets you everything you need, and teaches you to expand relatively early. (this is very important! Also, in mirror matchups - Zerg vs Zerg, Terran vs Terran and Protoss vs Protoss, expanding early can be very dangerous, as it puts you behind in attacking units. This is less true in Zerg vs Zerg, but it can be suicidal in Protoss vs Protoss.) Unfortunately, i do not play zerg or terran very much, so i don't know which builds are viable in multiple matchups. Perhaps there aren't any, I shall let my zerg and protoss Team Liquid brethren inform you of that. The key i think is to realise early on that when you play against a different race you are playing a different game. Protoss vs Protoss (PvP) is a completely different matchup to protoss vs terran or protoss vs zerg. Learn a build, refine it, and then just watch yourself trashing 90% of people in bronze to platinum, simply by having more different units earlier. Most importantly: GL HF.
