I'd like to see a protoss robo unit that can shoot air, and has a long range. Seems like a nice hole to fill.

Nothing in the protos robo facility can hit air. And there's no real protos anti air with long range. Except maybe carrier?

i'd like the marauder to be able to melee when in range. imagine a stimmed marauder punching the hell out of a unit.

Hmm... I think one very useful balance change to take the Protoss emphasis OFF of the robotics facility(and the infamous "colossus ball"...) would be to move carrier tech to the cybernetics core.
