It mostly depends on your knowledge of SC2. If you improve your macro you will ladder. You need to play between 3-5 hours daily. But, try to come up with new builds and copy others. GL

Its full of the same amount of cheese/rushing/whatever as platinum, with slightly higher points scores and slightly more BM. Sorry to burst your bubble, thats just what Diamond is. Yeah I unfortunately have to agree. you may feel that you've improved a lot, and you probably have! But Diamond right now is no more an impressive achievement than Platinum was prior to the Master's League patch. And conversely, 3.1k points is not a particularly impressive achievement either, given that that is the amount of bonus pool currently available.

Even the worst players are in the top 20% of active players. Oh wait, that's illogical. On second thought, congrats OP!

I have reached high diamond playing only a game a day. I think it's your general understanding of the game that gets you far, mechanics can be augmented by hours of play; however, mechanics alone doesn't win games. That being said practice never hurts and congrats on Diamond.
