Why No Recap Section?
because its pointless if you really think about it, during the games you are reading the thread and someone's live report anyway and after the games when you watch the VODs you can go by the polls in the recommended section.

Why are they playing MC vs. Flash if both have already advanced from the group? Are the OSL groups as brainless as they seem?

The audience wants to see them both play, are you really that ignorant? OSL is a TV broadcast, it wants good ratings that come from exciting match-ups like this one. That they might have both advanced already is irrelevant.

the way Ro8 works is
A1st vs D2nd
A2nd vs D1st
B1st vs C2nd
B2nd vs C1st
we need to determine who is who so Flash vs MC is to see who gets 1st and 2nd seed in their group.

so, it depends then who wants to play By.Sun
winner of D plays either DRG or MKP
loser of D plays by.sun
this is pretty interesting indeed. i wonder if MC or Flash would consider DRG/MKP a harder opponent than by.sun and therefore NOT try and get first.

That might be the official reason, but seeding has never really been that important in the OSL. The best players will always play each other in the end. 1st or 2nd in a group has never mattered.

That's never happened. Like I said, it's not the way players have ever approached the OSL.

Those are probably the two players who would never even consider that. Besides the little rivalry they got going at the selection show, MC has repeatedly picked some of the hardest opponents available for GSL groups.

while that is indeed true, when the best play each other is still quite important.

I would be so hyped if Flash was able to defeat MC. Also I want Oz to get double bane busted vs nestea and lose to Last so Last and Fantasy advance instead of Oz.
