Hey Endrey,

I wanted to ask if there was a specific reason you still use sc-streams.com for your restreaming? I ask because the video lags every 15 seconds, plays for 15, lags for 15, plays for 15, and goes on. The only way I can catch a good run of it is to go through own3dTV, while still on the sc-streams.com site.

It's not just your stream, but every person that runs a rerouted stream through the sc-streams.com site does it, at least for me. When I view it on the site it originated from it works problem-free.

Just a suggestion/question from a longtime fan!

Hi syn0r,

I dont restream with sc-streams. I have it as my main streaming provider coz i like it. Actually sc-streams is doing the restream to own3d.tv. I decided NOT not use own3d.tv as my main stremaing provider just because of the support not beeing provided by these guys and a lot of downtimes in dec/jan. one more reason why i am currently at sc-streams is - justin had problems with the european servers and most important of all the functions and the service at-sctreams is jsut better. The guys at sc-streams are currently working on that issue becasue some people still have those problems you just described. even tho there is only a minorty having these problems with sc-streams. you tried to update your browser or just use another one?

once again - sc-streams is the original stream - own3d.tv is jsut the restream and you are not having any problems with the stream itself or the routing - just with the player/site.

hope i could give you some answers

Hi synor,

90% of our servers are located in europe with a major one in london. We are expanding to the U.S and other regions but due the financial nature its slower then expected.

However it makes no sense that you have lag on the own3d page because on our page if you click the "watch on own3d" button we just embed the own3d.tv player, so it should make no difference if you watch on our page or on own3d, we feed own3d.tv directly from our master server with a copy of the stream, same goes for streams which are pushed by us to justin.tv, we do not insert any lag on those....

Would help me to improve if you can tell me your ISP and Country. And its always the same for a majority of users, some lag on own3d, some report lag on justin.tv and others on our page aswell, its more a peering issue of ISPs then capacity issue of us.

Now that you describe it that way, it is weird that I am having the issue. It only comes up when I'm viewing on TL or on the sc-streams.com page, but when I click 'Watch On Own3d' it's fine. I understand, now, why you're using SC-S, Endrey.

I use the latest version of Chrome. I have Firefox installed for some of my SEO tasks, but it is far too laggy for me to use on a regular basis. Thanks for your answers.

Flyersa, I'm in Florida, USA. My ISP is Comcast. It's not just Endrey's stream. I'm watching the imba.tv stream on your site, right now, and it is doing the same thing. Once I hit the button to watch on Own3d it quit doing it.

Thank you guys, you are just so much better that this Pinky guy and I am German though. You got a lot of funny stuff but commentate when necessary, very entertaining! One recognized that you don't have 'professional knowledge', but you are usually more either a Caster or a Player, so that's totally Okay.
