Meaning the first few rounds of the qualifiers will be casted by comunity members who want to cast them (if I remember correctly you have to sign up in front and be approved by TL staff) and then starting the quarter or semifinal of the qualifiers the casting will be done by the team of procasters that was announced. | ||
