Also, it pretty much eats like a steak, this honestly isn't so hearty that it hurts or anything, its very savory and very tasty and the bacon isn't overpowering-ly salty or anything. This is just extremely good. | ||

The recipe can be found right here. http://www.bbqaddicts.com/blog/recipes/bacon-explosion/ The entire thing only cost about.... $20 to make (Only so expensive becuase we used locally raised bacon/sausage and home-made rub and some really nice BBQ sauce) Honestly should only cost about 12 bucks or so. Although next time I will need some wider-cut bacon. We are drinking Makers Mark with it and honestly it pairs extremely well and tastes delicious, tried to think of the best American whisky, and that is certainly it. Although maybe some Crown would have been better since we are rooting for HuK after all! | ||
