This was the first guy to have such unique, wonky builds that I couldn't wait to get the replays and study them. Then I would watch them endlessly, taking note of every unit and timing, and try to practice them on ladder to no success. Like, I'd literally just lose over and over. I never did figure out how he managed to make most of his builds work, but I had a blast trying them. Loved watching your games Supernova!

I imagine he doesn't want to re-learn the game for LotV just to leave programming. hence the earlier retirement.

Was one of the best players back in his glory days, and he had one of the coolest IDs!

I remember 3 things about Supernova:

- Banshee micro
- He almost got the NesTea award
- I remember a tournament when there was a Taeja interview after Supernova lost his set against some foreign player and Taeja was like "What? Supernova lost?"

I don't know anything that's happened recently since I stopped following SC2 after all of my favorite players disappeared / retired, but I wish him for the best

P.S. Anyone know what tournament I'm talking about? A Red Bull I think?
