Just an overwhelming max roach hydra viper timing backed up with perfect macro. It's not ST.Life anymore it's KT.Life with a real strategy, a real preparation against crazy good team mates and a coach conming in the booth after each game. It changes a lot of things. You can't just talk abut his games against INno and Dream, cause it was TvZ and Life played it like he plays since 2013 (with the execption of his proxy hatch builds vs Taeja in Blizzcon). His ZvP is really totally different now. Seeing this new Life playing againt herO will be really interesting. Although KT coaching probably had a hand in influencing Life to use it exclusively against Dear (and we saw why: Dear completely forgot how to read and counter it), you are wrong in thinking that it is a new trend in his style. 200/200 roach/hydra/viper is an old HotS strategy, and Life employed it quite a bit when it was popular. His essential approach in ZvP is the same since WoL 2012. Only the builds have changed due to necessity. Occasionally he will play turtle style depending on the map e.g. Nimbus. | ||
