He's good enough to mess around against NA GMs and still win
A few days ago he stream sniped avilo and it was glorious.
I dunno I just feel like korean players have so much potential but just playing games in silence is... not that exciting
Oh well I hate Parting's stream, he is too circlejerky, tries too hard to be cool, and so far the games I saw were boring (all in all day everyday!). For me those things I listed are great once in a while, it get's boring and annoying when he does it all the time.
So I guess some people enjoy some things and others others

I like seeing some trolling every now and then.
Also, I was watching his stream when he was diamond. YOu sure he wasn't all inning to get to GM fast?

Parting definitely alienates people with his antics
Hopefully we get both kind of people, who both do well.
Just to note, I am personally enjoying flash play
