it's good for exposure for the caster as well as the team. the caster picks up fans of the team, and the team gets more exposure from having a full time content creator affiliated.
nathanias is a smart guy who has a high level of knowledge of the matchups and metagame which I've seen on display in about 50 games I've watched him cast. his commentating techniques are improving quickly too, and if he keeps improving at his current rate I predict he will become one of the top 5 casters in the scene within the next 3-6 months and become a high commodity.
