I could see Fnatic looking toward a Team House in Korea, especially with their Korean "B-Team" and NaNiWa could stay there as well. Naniwa was already in fnatic but was kicked due to disputes. So it is highly unlikely they would recruit him again. Judging from the Code A match that Naniwa played today, the MVP coach was there to coach him. Suggesting he is at least taking an interest and helping Naniwa (Naniwa also plays with them).

He seems to be set on staying in Korea for a long time and maybe Dignitas couldn't offer an appropriate solution. This is purely speculations on my part but I can think of multiple scenarious where Naniwa finding a new team would be better for both parties.
