Notice how it's only a small, vocal bunch though. These little nay-saying whiners don't amount to much so don't worry about it. Loads of people are totally supportive and happy for MLG - the majority, in fact.

This is fairly ridiculous. I just paid the $30 before I knew this was the case and I would not have done so if I knew it was for only one stream. I still have to listen to commercial spam if I want to have two of them open at once, which was the main reason I purchased it (even more important to me than HD).
Now, hopefully I am wrong and I can watch one in HD and one in Low Quality but still have no commercials on both streams?

You probably also received a mail with a link to your activation code. Then when you are watching the stream just change it to Ultra and you will be able to give in that activation code.

Sent an email, responded me almost immediately and fixed the issue. Grats to them by me. Maybe there aren't all perfect, but they try to be.

im doing it right now....
EDIT: sorry they LQ 0.0

on a positive note, one thing I'm really happy about is that we can now change the volume when ads are playing

I would have never found the activation code without the link provided in here.. thanks. The site seems really hard to navigate, and kinda buggy. And it billed my CC twice while claiming it wasn't working, before I paid with paypal. I submit a ticket to get them to cancel the two extra. Hopefully they'll work this out.
The activation code system seems really bad though. I hope they find something else...

That is truly awesome! I hated that.

no wonder sundance put out the big tweet before the event to get people to buy before the problem showed up

Having to input this code every time I switch streams is infuriating.
Edit: In addition it forces me to watch an ad before I can even set it to Ultra. What a fucking joke.

Hey, MLG can you make it so we can also have both audios run at the same time and not interrupt each other!? Fuck MLG Mr.Bitter is always interrupting Day 9
Should have seen this coming.
Oh no! I don't get to have my cake and eat it too! Its the end of the world! .......................

The people who did pay should have the right as a customer to be satisfied with what they paid for.

I just bought a pass today and it's a bit of a bummer I can't watch both in HQ.
I wish they had it where it was by IP. Someone who's watching from the same computer should have the same IP and if they're worried people will watch a ton from 1 IP then couldn't it just max out at 2 connections per IP?
I really hope they work to get it "fixed" for the next MLG.

Anyone else having lag on all settings even with only 1 stream? I can usually run both streams NP.

Fucking horrid, glad I didnt buy a pass.

I'm using http://teevox.com/mlg to view the streams side by side and in the left stream I have it setup to be the "Ultra" setting stream where I entered my code while the right side is "Medium".
Then I just use the Stream drop down thingy that has SC2 Red, SC2 Blue, Halo, and CoD to switch the streams. If I want to watch the Red stream then I select that in the left "ultra" player and select Blue for the right "medium" player. The ads play on the right side player but the audio is automatically muted by teevox when I view/focus on the left "ultra" player. Then If I want to switch over to the Blue stream I just swap them again by using the drop down.

For people who are complaining about ads, firefox + adblock, or edit your hosts file, or point to a dns server that blocks ad domains.
Really you guys shouldn't be complaining about ads.
