Just watched for first time. Didn't really expected a news-like sc2 show. It's new and I haven't seen any other caster doing this. It helps to let you stay up to date with all international sc2 scene news which is awesome.
If the "Game of the Day" takes the longest to set up you can try recruiting some good commentators to help you out. What they can do is record their commentary of a tournament or showmatch and send them to you to put in your show. Have them include who the game was between, map, and time where there was a lot of action or momentum swing. Similar to what Ysorigin said about your Episode 7, it is fun to hear the excitement from the commentator at the time the game was happening. This will help you find the good points in each game and will probably cut your work down a bit. It will also benefit the commentator by giving him a little more publicity on your show.
Still enjoying the show a lot! Keep up the good work.
I would happily pay $10-15/mo for a daily 1 hour show recapping current tournament activity, patches and showmatches. Perhaps with a featured game of the day.
Keep it up, make the show a bit more polished, set up a paypal... ???... Profit.
Raelcun, Gunrun, Martijn (sp?), are good commentators. They do a lot of smaller tournaments. A little hesitant about suggesting this, but HD and Husky could really give you a boost if they got on board. My only problem with the two, is that they aren't (in my opinion) very good commentators. However, they do bring a lot of energy to the game and they are well known amongst the SC2 community.
chobopeon, you are so awesome for doing this. Your a champ for watching all the craziness and following the scenes and summarizing it. I hope ur getting some help from others. This might burn u you if u don't
I love the concept, the only thing I would suggest avoiding is referring to yourself at all in the first person outside of giving people your screenname or handle. It makes what is otherwise a very polished presentation seem amateurish.
