i havent read any dickens but aren't you just describing a dickens novel
Halo was the only fps I actually got semi-decent playing. My dorm hall had someone leave mid-semester and we moved that one person into another room and had a halo room where people could play all the time. Had some awesome tourneys. I also beat one of them on the insane level which was fun to grind out.

Dickens predated the Great Depression by over half a century. And was British.
its only because rebecca is clearly an american white girl and getting acclaimed for her work because she copies a dickens format and sticks in feminist ideas and more accessible language and people who haven't read any classics just assume its ground breaking literature
fuck rebecca
just like hunger games copying a shonen manga style concept but with a girl protagonist

I freaking loved Halo. I actually got pretty decent at it, although sniping was never my forte. Halo LANs were some of my greatest memories.

idk, dream big though, MoonBear can actually sing
How good though? I can find some very tricky songs that can challenge him.
I can only sing Disney and stuff from musicals though. My range isn't as good as it used to be though. I'm not really good at pop stuff. Although Taylor Swift would be amusing.
woot caught up after another great weekend. yurting is pretty fun. we made some sick meals including steak on the fire with corn, baked potatoes, and ceasar salad. walked on the frozen lake and played some frisbee.

I fully expect MoonBear to have a good crowd. The return will also probably be better too cuz I doubt he'll get as drunk as I needed to for public singing.
