He said the game was acting funky(PC SMB is known to do so with the tiniest of frame/refresh rate/settings differences), and it was completely invalidating some of his strategies(made 2 worlds impossible), but chat thought he was just the saltiest choke artist ever and what not(use your imagination on how twitch chat would express this).
Turns out a controller driver was fucking with the game, once it got fixed he went back and cleared the 2 skipped levels easy. So basically this dude has been playing one of the hardest games in existence with a handicap and still doing pretty fucking awesome minus the 2 skipped levels and a few tricks he had to go to safe/backup strats for.
Edit: SMB = Super Meat Boy in this case, I foresee possible confusion there.

I didn't mean he was disabled, I meant that he was playing a game that revolves around precision control, with a controller driver malfunctioning, thus 'playing with a handicap.'

Yes I do. That would rule out my beloved apple juice. I don't drink any soda/cola or anything of that sort, but that's because they always taste worse than tap water.
