They also can have the balls to play on NA to even things up. During qualifiers this week, both MLord and ForGG offered their opponents to play on NA when they were Koreans for instance.

This is the tournaments choice. If they are one tournament located in one region, it is perfectly fine to have the games in one server. AFAIK OlimoLeague doesn't switch to NA either, when Euros are participating.
