Did he ever won something big? Like GSL, WCS or Blizzcon?

Like DreamHack Winter ?

Comparing Dreamhack Winter to GSL, WCS and Blizzcon is a bit strange. :/

Yes ok that's something. But not really big. I think Taeja excells at weekendevents, but he's terrible if people have time to prepare for his playstyle. Life prooved this.

If Life proved he was bad at preparation, then soO and Inno proved he was good at it by that very same logic.

Life barely won in a close 2-3 score. and Taeja took out soO and Innovation first who a lot more time to prepare. "Terrible". You're using it wrong.

I think there are too many strong players in HotS, so its very hard to single someone out
edit: on a more serious note, Dayshi is the best player in the world
In PvZ the zerg can make the situation spire out of control but protoss can adept to the situation.

Yeah, TaeJa was incredibly prepared for both soO and INnoVation. But Life is a lot harder to prepare for and TaeJa only had one day

"Not really big"

Do you realize he went undefeated in a 75k$ tournament in which he beat INnoVation, sOs, SjoW (well...), ForGG, HerO, MMA and Life twice ?

I can't take anyone seriously who uses words like "terrible" and "shit" to describe Taeja in any situation (or any top level player, TBH). Being edged out 2-3 by the eventual champion isn't terrible by any logic.

Life winning a close 2-3 when he didn't have time to prepare for taeja for more than 8 hours proves he is bad when you have time to prepare? Meanwhile beating Soo and Innovation 3-1 in more convincing series where they each had 1 week plus to prepare doesn't prove he is good in that also? Stellar logic.

Some dreamhacks are more stacked than wcs eu or na. Some redbull and IEM events too.
