It says that if Scarlett wins WCS AM her chances go up to 100%, and then goes on to list a bunch of situations in which "if Scarlett wins WCS AM and x happens, Scarlett's chances go up to 100%". This would seem obviously true as following from the first possibility, but I don't see the point of mentioning them.
