That would be sensible though. If there are no big changes to GSL we're gonna have like 64 people qualifying for Code A.

It counts as a WCS tournament. They basically just renamed it back to GSL and and let them choose their preferred format for Code A just to appease people who were unhappy.

Anyway what I want is Gsl to stay how it is plus PL then kespa cup and blizz can make a seperate league for wcs ( gsl still gets points) so its kinda like OSL/MSL in bw with a special tournament in kespa cup. With PL and small online cups like Olimoleague and foreign tournament qualifiers that will give korea a stable scene imo

Yea, its just the equivalent of WCS from the other regions. For a lot of different regions they tried to change the name last year, but it didnt stick.
