Sadly, these days I think he is. He was doing really well early on in HotS, but he's sliding down more and more to mediocrity as time goes on. I wouldn't necessarily say he's in a slump (more basing this on his results to Individual leagues like GSL), but he's still a top Korean Terran. I really hope that he can one day dominate SC2 like he did BW.
