You don't split in a second, you lose your army to the Fungal growth with Banelings, you miss one Force Field in the early game and you can gg already and stuff like that. JD missing the nexus cancel isn't even what lost him the game.

I like JYP a lot as a person, so hopefully he makes the most of it. Defeating a huge fan favorite and then losing is not a good way to come back. I have a feeling that JYP benefitted from recent protoss buffs and the fact that Jaedong is probably a practice partner. It's the same feeling I got when Yoda won the IEM finals out of nowhere this year after beating his teammate MVP. Won one tournament and then disappeared.

U gotta love this game. riiiiidiculous the ffs were really mediocre but the timewarp was not wasted he drawed him back because he moved back with his army therefore jd needed to move into the timewarp again, so it was a good timewarp. you are kind of biased

I know that JD didn't see the actual nexus cancel, but IMO he knew it was coming. He was building nothing but units even after seeing the 3rd nexus being built. Ultimately, he just engaged pretty poorly at the end.
