TvT has never quite seemed Jjakji's cup of tea. He's not horrid, but not especially great either imo. Maru should roll that.
soO 2-3 PartinG
I don't think PartinG is quite a bad as people make him out to be in this matchup, it's just that he can't quite get the Soulkey off his back. Oddly enough, another raping seems to be in his future should he beat soO. That's turning into one of the most one-sided encounters in sc2 history along with MKP and MVP xD.

Maybe PartinG's weakness is whoever is getting owned by the top terran during the era? Mvp owned Marineking but Marineking owned Parting INnoVation owns Soulkey but Soulkey owns Parting
I'm guessing (and hoping) for Maru and PartinG! It's amazing to think PartinG still hasn't even been in a final, considering how well he's been playing for almost two years now...

Is it just me, or has 2 years of mediocrity made Jjakji a fan favourite?

Of his 8 runs in Code S/WCS KR, he's been eliminated by Zerg in 6 of them.

Haha, it seems a little that way. People love an underdog though.
For me as a Jjakji fan, it's just that undying hope that I'll see him at GSL November 2011 quality again at some point. That series is still one of my favourites in the history of starcraft 2. I'll keep watching him until I can be sure that he will never be able to do that again.
Maru should take out jjakji 3-0 or 3-1. His TvT is just too good. If he prepares well, it should be easy.
While it would be hilarious to see soO knock Parting out, which isn't all that unlikely, I don't want a ZvZ between him and Soulkey. Soulkey stomping Parting would be even more rewarding, so I hope that happens.
Soulkey will probably win the entire thing though.

A GSL final? Because if you mean any final he did win WCS 2012
PartinG did sweep Nestea and Sen in the SWL and defeated Hydra (iirc) in the IEM qualifiers, so he does at least possess the ability to not always lose against Zerg.
I think the series will come down to PartinG's strategy choices. In terms of unit control, he has soO outclassed, but that won't mean anything if he doesn't have the Soul to back it up.
For Jjakji vs. Maru, Maru's probably got it, but rooting hard for Jjakji.
Regardless, both series will be interesting. Pretty hyped! =D
