It was among the best in the world when macro was the easy, default way to play for Zerg. It isn't as much anymore. He's Ro4 so obviously he's not some scrub. Not completely, at least. :D

For this style to work a zerg needs scary macro too (e.g. July vs Best). Bogus has 0 fear of the late game vs Symbol and can just play safe.
