I wouldn't be surprised if LCS has a bigger priority on Twitch than anything else on right now. Some streams (In Dota 2 atleast) does suffer from LCS from time to time.
Probably just Dreamhack problems since the stream has been down for few minutes by now.

Right now we almost had 100k dota 2, 100k lol and 90k sc2. twitch is going to have a lot of problems this weekend with LCS playoffs, dreamhack and just usual dota 2 stuff...
