MOD NOTE: The bracket on Liquipedia is not final and should be assumed to be speculative. If you are a competitor, trust what MLG Admins tell you over the bracket. |

I guess the fewer games they stream now the more replays they will have for later!

I really dislike MLG for their downtime every single tournament. I like the commentators but MLG would actually benefit from letting everyone and their grandmum cast their games like ESL did. Free casters and we, the viewers, are happy.

We couldn't have had NASL doing games because why, again? Because you have to pay them? Is it that easy? They are two casters. Split them into two single cast streams if money is so tight, it's at least better than have a gazillion down time. The EU qualifiers at least had a bunch of other streams, even if they weren't casted in english (and I doubt they got much money if at all). There's plenty of other casters that would cast just for the exposure for free.

MLG fails. Only wanted to watch games and one stream for so many games being played is a failure. Worse than weekly cups. So, there will be only like 12 games being cast the whole day, at this pace.

Updating us on popular players' progression is hardly the worst way to fill downtime. I just jumped into a different stream. Did you have that trouble ? Yeah, I only speak english.
I don't know if Blizzard's rules about this are any different, but the only reason all those other casters were even allowed to stream WCS EU on private channels was because they weren't english. Obviously we don't have too many non-english casters interested in covering this. At least this is my understanding.

I just caught the tail end of them looking at the bracket. I really hope they'll go back and look through the entire bracket again for me.

At least we had other streams to watch when Kaelaris had downtime. This is the only choice at the moment. After all of that they still didn't have another game to hop into, instead went to a break. Maybe all the games are going super long and they can't manage to hop in on any of them and that sucks. I somehow doubt that that was the case.

So plz tell me the reason that other famous players from IG like Jim, XY and so on weren't in the brackets?! 3 A.M. in China now, and we fans are waiting for the MLG official response. It will surely depress China's SCII environments, let alone the progamers. Did they all check in? According to Jalen iG shares a house I don't see any reason MacSed would have checked in but not Jim or XY. Unless MacSed is an absolute dick. Who are we kidding, MacSed has no chance against the brilliance that is Jim! IG's manager already have a discuss with MLG officials, they just give JIM a spot for challenger qualifier. WTF is this, they cant even facing their problems.

Why don't they allow more streams like the EU qualifier? That's such a big bracket, 1 single stream really isn't covering enough of it.
MLG at its best.

All checked in on time, and that's the reason we Chinese fans are not that happy about. Since the first round is nearly finished, so what shall we do then?

Did they just say they will cast RO512 with two players I never heard of?
