Parting's year felt more successful with all the attention he was given after BWC/WCG/Blizz cup toward the end of the year - but I agree, his year wasn't quite like the Zerg trio's.

I just feel like if you didn't win GSL, you shouldn't really be in the conversation anyway

The Flash case is a little special (to me, anyway), with him coming back to beat him in the extended series - but nonetheless, he has one BoX loss in the match-up in televised matches since July.

Agreed, and though WCS was "pretty" considering the money, and PartinG did well to get through all stages of it, that and WCG are really not comparable to winning even one GSL, let alone more stacked tournaments in general.
