He's good apparently, not sure how he plays ZvZ. Plays extremely boring in vT and vP from what I've seen, but highly rated by the Kespa players

Except players don't see the 'exact' comp of their opponent. Too many thors (and less tanks) just means you get run over by roaches. That is one of the issues when playing mech, your tank/thor ratio has to be pretty close to optimal versus the zerg's comp.

Well Life threw away that army to weaken the mech force.
That trade was not good but Life was way ahead anyways and was making Bls+Infestor.
Things just snowballed from there and Major getting outmultitasked by Life.
In fairness,judging by Major play.
He really thoroughly studied Life play.
But if 4time GSL Champ MVP can't do it, then Major probably can't

'Deal with it' is obnoxious, I'm hardly devastated. He built them with the expectation that Life wouldn't flank around his army. You have to take risks to get ahead in this game, especially against a player of Life's mechanics.

Life's army was like 7 half health broods, a few queens, infestors with no energy, and a bunch of infested terrans that were about to die. That's not a very good army. Major was out mining him, had a few full health vikings and a planetary in the middle. Life wouldn't have been able to kill the planetary with that, and major was in a position to rebuild his army faster.
